Remote Assist Information...
We currently utilise remotePC Helpdesk app for remote assistance requests. In newer versions of mac OS you may need to allow a couple of system extensions for the application to work as intended. These settings should show as alerts in the top right corner of your screen after the application has been started. Should you have any concerns or need clarification about what these system extensions do please let us know prior to allowing these changes.
Remote Assistance Fees
- Minimum service fee of 30 minutes
- For remote sessions that take more than 30 minutes, additional time is charged in 15 minute blocks.
- In certain situations, such as if a restart is required or software is being updated etc, then additional non-simultaneous connections may be necessary. In such situations, a reconnection may need to be intitiated by the client.
